Another view on why Weilian won.

Dono y these thoughts came across my mind altho the jdss fever has ended. So why did weilian can have so many ppl to support him? for so long? I tink i had a clue thinking y i like candiz even though her singing is not as good as other contestants. (jdss is re-casting for the 3rd time, annoucing weilian champ again while im typing this). So.. guess the ans lies in our nature 'faithful' character... hmm... TO be frank, i support candiz cos of her looks first.. then, her voice. So.. no matter how bad she sing or other good contestants perform, candiz is still my favourite. I THINK this type of mindset applies to most ppl ba.. lets say alot of ppl support jay chou... if jj sings better than him, jay chou fans will still support jay. Here comes the pt.. i think weilian already has ppl supporting him long b4 this jdss started.. while hez earning his living. Accordning to the papers.. he used to perform in jurong east station.. and usually attracts a huge crowds to hear him sing... so those who already heard his good singing already has a impression... so from the day the jdss started... he already got fan base + a lil sympathy votes... forms his huge fan base...so no matter how good others perform, his fan base is somehow already fixed...

and wow,i din noe most of the contestants have attended singing lessons and some were ex sg idol and some idol prog which im not interested last time... think the jdss is really successfull in its advertising strat... even mi oso can be addicted.. :>
btw, gotta admit tat weilian sings '我真的受伤了' is really nice. I nv heard tat song b4.. but somehow my mind jukebox played tat song 1 day.. its rather rare i can recall songs tat i heard a few times..
